A big thanks to Scott Oviatt, Snow Survey Supervisory Hydrologist with the Natural Resources Conservation Service (NRCS)! About 30 people were there last night for his presentation on snow survey measurements, surface water forecasting concepts and approaches, and snow measurement technology.
