“AVALANCHE 101” with guest speaker Roland Emetaz – United States Forest Service (Retired)
When: Tuesday, November 17th 2015. Happy hour 6-7pm and formal meeting from 7-9pm.
Where: McMenamins Restaurant (Lloyd District) – 1504 N.E. Broadway, Portland, Oregon 97232. We have the closed-door banquet room reserved.

Parking For Free: Park one block north of Broadway (in the neighborhood for free) if you can not find available parking on Broadway or in the McMenamins lot itself.
Agenda: This is a “must see” presentation for all hikers, climbers, snowboarders and skiers. Come hear about what factors come into play before, during and after an avalanche.
